Always keep in mind that the holistic food supplements below do not always lower blood sugar levels, as is the case with blood sugar-lowering medications. They regulate the level of sugar in the blood.
If a person with a healthy blood sugar level takes the food supplements below, their blood sugar level does not change.
A rise in blood sugar is a serious omen. Because it can lead to type 2 diabetes. And even if many people are affected by diabetes, the disease alone cannot be successfully treated with conventional medical measures.
Often there are extremely unpleasant complications, such as. worsening vision, renal failure, or diabetic polyneuropathy. The latter is a nervous disease that manifests itself in disorders of the sensation of the extremities.
In this case, the legs in particular often tingle and ache so much that sleep and general well-being can be seriously affected.

The aromatic herb fenugreek is a popular immunity booster with a slightly sweet taste reminiscent of maple syrup. However, it has also long been a natural treatment for diabetes in parts of Asia, Africa, and Europe.
Studies have shown that it can improve blood sugar levels when taken in amounts ranging from 5-50g per day; the seeds can also be ground into a flour that can be easily incorporated into food, although taking it in supplement form is effective not only in regulating sugar levels but in reaping its other powerful benefits.
Lower blood sugar with baobab powder
Baobab powder is made from the fruit of the African baobab tree. It is an extremely well-tolerated, effective, and at the same time vital source rich in fuel. Nearly half of the powder is made up of fiber, which makes it an excellent natural remedy for constipation and diarrhea.
